Fiddlin' Arthur Smith and Earl Scruggs: 1957 Jam Session

Alright now folks, we got a hot number right here. We got the king of the banjo, and the king of fiddle together in a pretty rare jam session recording. I don't know a lot of the details regarding this, other than that Arthur is doing the fiddling (and some singing too) and Earl is picking the old five string. There is a guitar player present, but there is no information as to who it is. The gentleman who taped this, announces most of the tunes before they start playing. Sometimes Arthur announces them at the end of the tune. There is a little chatter before and after some of the tunes. Keep in mind that this was recorded informally in 1957, so the audio quality is not the best, but it is very manageable. I am not one to fool with the audio on old recordings because I like them intact, just the way they are. Most tunes range around a minute and a half, some more, and some less. I hope y'all enjoy this one!
